Pottery Mug with Feather Design

Description

All my pottery is handmade on the potters wheel or using slabs or coils.  The clay is a durable stoneware and so is suitable for table ware, food service and gifting!

I use a process of underglaze transfers on bisqued fired mugs which I paint by hand once they are applied.  Then the whole mug is dipped in clear glaze and fired again

My work is inspired by the local flora and fauna of this area and of course the ocean and all its creatures.
